Our bunkhouse is a great venue for a group of friends or large family to gather over the festive season.

The bunkhouse is located on the shores of Loch Ken with fantastic views across the loch.  If you are interested in the outdoors you will be spoilt for choice.  There are great walks including the Southern Upland Way, Screel Hill and the Galloway forest park right on your doorstep. 

We are central to 5 of the globally acclaimed 7Stanes mountain biking venues.  We also offer mountain bike hire at the centre.

Facilities
We have a drying room on site for storing wet gear overnight.  There is a large industrial gas tumble dryer along with washing facilities.  For mountain bikers, we have secure storage available as well as a hose and bike stand.

The lodge kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual household luxuries, including a microwave, 4 hob cooker, fridge and freezer.  We also have a large industrial kitchen should you require any more equipment to help cope with cooking that large festive feast.

Get into the festive spirit
Over the Christmas and New Year period we will decorate the lodge with a Christmas tree and lights to ensure you get into the festive spirit.
