Open Days 2013

After the great success of our April Open day our next Open day will be on Saturday the 6th July.  Activities start at 10am and finish at 5pm, put the dates in your diary now! 

Activity tokens can be purchased for £2.00. These universal tokens can then be used to take part in any of the activities.  Our Open Days offer locals and holiday makers a great chance to sample the activities on offer, all activities are led by our fully qualified team of enthusiastic instructors.

No booking necessary!  All you need to do is turn up, buy some tokens and use them for any of the activities.

We have a Cafe on site - hot and cold food, home made cakes, scones and baking available all day.

Open Day Activity Menu

Archery (1 token)
Try your hand at some target practice on our Archery range.  We set prizes on the targets.  You can win anything from a Mars bar to a family activity day!

Outdoor Laser Quest (1 token)
Every 20 minutes we will run a session of Laser Quest, fitting in as many games as possible within that time.  With 32 guns we will create a large battle suiting various scenarios.  It’s great fun played in woodland, remember to wear old clothes that can get mucky!

Mountain Bike Trail (1 token)
During the Open Day we run the mountain biking on site.  Using our new fleet of Trek bikes you will navigate an obstacle course and complete time trials.  Tuition on balance and bike control will be provided, as is all safety equipment.

Sit on Top Kayaking (1 token)
Try your hand at Kayaking in our brand new 1, 2 and 3 man boats.  Paddle around the bay and possibly even have a go at kayak water polo.  You should stay dry and all safety equipment is provided.  You can hire wetsuits should you wish.

Climbing Wall (1 token) and Zip Wire (1 token)
This is one of the most popular activities on the Open Day.  Using 1 of 3 routes you will climb our 30ft climbing tower.  Once you reach the dizzy heights at the top you can either abseil back down, or for an extra token zoom down the zip wire over the heads of spectators below.  All safety equipment is provided. 

Sailing (1 token)
Often seen as an in-accessible sport, we aim to prove this theory wrong.  Our Instructors will get you blasting around the loch in our sailing dinghies, no previous experience is necessary.  You should stay dry but no promises!  All safety equipment is provided.
