Unaccompanied Kids Courses
At the Galloway Activity Centre we provide a range of options for parents to leave their children in our care over the holidays; from dropping the kids off for an activity day, to week long residential holidays.
They will meet new and likeminded friends, try their hand at a range of outdoor activities, develop social skills but most of all have a whole load of fun!
Just like our family packages, your child can select any combination of activities to create their very own bespoke activity holiday.
The kids are supervised in the evening, making sure they eat supper, and get up in the morning for activities. We also run evening activities to keep them occupied in the evening before heading to bed after a hard day of activities.

What age range can come unaccompanied?
Children of all ages are welcome on our residential packages from 10 years +. Younger children tend to choose a multi activity package, allowing them to try a vast range of activities. Older teens generally select a sport of their choice to focus on and develop their skills.
With over 35 bed spaces we see a large number of unaccompanied children stay with us throughout the season. In peak season we see over 100 customers through the centre on a daily basis. All customers are grouped accordingly into ability and age.
Children from overseas?
While the majority of our guest are from UK. we see small percentage come from overseas. With unaccompanied children travelling form all over Europe. A good mix of cultures and languages is created within the centre.
Many come to improve their English by mixing with English speaking children and instructors on a day to day basis.
Although we don't offer class room based tuition, the natural and relaxed environment will develop their understanding of the language.

We offer a range of packages form 2 days to 2 weeks. Our prices include all meals, accommodation, activities, equipment and evening activities.

3 day residential £215.00 for 12yrs and under (£238.00 13yrs+)
5 day residential £335.00 for 12yrs and under (£380.00 13yrs+)
7 day residential £407.00 for 12yrs and under (£445.00 13yrs+)
14 day residential £630.00 for 12yrs and under (£675.00 13yrs+)
