You can enjoy our activities as part of a fun filled activity day. For your convenience,
we run four 1.5 hour sessions throughout each day at the following times:
10.00 - 11.30
11.30 - 13.00
14.00 - 15.30
15.30 - 17.00
18.30 - 20.00 (optional evening session)

what's in a session
All our activity sessions are instructor led and designed to be a fun introduction. Our enthusiastic instructors will always be on hand to offer tips and keep you safe.
All the equipment (including wetsuits) is included and everything is suitable for absolute begginers.
ages activity sessions
There's certainly no upper age limit! We don't have a strict lower age limit for any of our sessions but some have an advisory lower age. If you have any questions about the suitability of the session then give us a call on 01556 502011.
how can i take part
We run fun activity sessions all year around, rain or shine! Prior booking is essential and we ask for either full payment or a deposit to be left at the time of booking.

All activity sessions are priced on a sliding scale - the more sessions you do in a day and the more people in your group the cheaper it becomes. You can combine any of our sessions into your adventure day - see the price list below. If you would like to combine sessions, please note the discount prices are based on these sessions being taken on the same day.
