The 520 bus runs regularly Monday - Saturday (not on Sundays) and you can find the most up to date timetable here - 520 bus. You can catch the bus in Castle Douglas just outside the swimming pool (location map), ask the driver to make a stop at "The Galloway Activity Centre" and they will drop you at the top of the drive.
