RYA Stage 1 Sailing (Youth)
Get started with Dinghy Sailing with our RYA Stage 1 Sailing course. Suitable for complete beginners, this two day course is taught by our enthusiastic Dinghy Instructors and will take you through all the basics needed to get afloat and start moving. Over 30 years of teaching, we have developed a unique youth programme which aims to have participants leave the course having caught the bug for sailing!
Each day runs from 0900-1600 with an hours break for lunch.
Course Highlights

- Instruction on rigging, ropework
- Sailing techniques and manoeuvres
- Launching and recovery
- Lots of fun!
The cost of the course also includes wetsuits, spray tops and buoyancy aids.
Courses require a minimum of 2 people to run and may be cancelled or rescheduled in the minimum numbers aren't reached.
